Orders can be placed either online at shop.jimsformalwear.com or by phone at 800-691-3484. Please have the style number, color, and size requested available for each item you wish to order. We are unable to process orders by mail or fax. We do not currently accept international orders.
Currently we accept these credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be notified at checkout if a problem exists with the payment information you provided.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address, in those states or jurisdictions where Jim’s Formal Wear locations are located. State sales and other taxes are subject to change at any time.
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order. Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation email and will be credited for the unshipped item(s).

Order Changes or Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, there is a short window of time before your order is processed and shipped. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and as accurately as possible. Changes and cancellations will be accepted up until the order has shipped. Should the need to cancel or change your order arise, please contact us immediately at 800-691-3484.
All pants are shipped with an open hem. We suggest you visit a tailor or alteration shop to have them hemmed to your size. Please note, once a hem has been put in the pants, they become non-returnable.
Out of Stock Merchandise
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more items. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise being out of stock, you will receive a cancellation email and will be credited for the unshipped item(s).

Can’t find the style or size you’re looking for? Contact us at 800-691-3484 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases, we are able to offer more sizes or additional styles than what is shown on the site.
If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged, please call 800-691-3484. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
