Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Products that have been worn, laundered, altered, damaged, or that are missing tags or barcodes may not be returned. Products that have been altered, abused or designated as non-returnable may not be returned for exchanges or refunds.
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment for the amount of the merchandise price plus any tax you paid.
Items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging. No refunds will be given for items lost or determined untrackable through UPS.
Exchange Process
To exchange your items, select the item you wish to change on our online portal. Choose to exchange it for the same item in a different color or size, or you can choose to exchange the item(s) for another item in our catalog. Should you choose a higher priced item, you'll be asked to pay for the difference in cost prior to shipment.
Return the original item(s) by printing your pre-paid UPS label and packing slip. Pack any returns in the original packaging and return via a UPS Drop Off location. Returns should be completed in a timely manner to avoid additional charges to your payment method.
Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirming the shipment along with tracking information.
Return Process
For the quickest processing of your online return, complete the return information by clicking here or on the button below, and print your pre-paid UPS label. Pack any returns in the original packaging and return via a UPS Dropoff location. To find a location nearest you, visit ups.com/dropoff.
Refunds for returned products will be processed as soon as the items are received and processed by our team. This can take 5-10 business days after delivery. You will receive an email notification confirming the credit to your original payment method once the return is complete.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event you wish to return your order, a refund will be issued for products returned.
Items returned with a pre-paid shipping label will be charged $10 against the original method of payment.
Exchange orders will be shipped at no charge. Limit of one exchange per order.
